Try This Creamy Olive Spread Recipe

Get the party started with this fix and freeze crowd pleaser! Enjoy! This is sure to be a hit. I tried this one on my family at our annual family reunion and everyone loved it!

Creamy Olive Spread
2 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese, softened
1 (15 oz) can chopped black olives
1 cup chopped pimiento stuffed olives
1 garlic clove minced (you can cheat and buy it already minced - it works great!)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt (optional)
Crackers or celery for dipping
Stir together and you are finished!

NOTE: to make ahead, place spread in an airtight container and chill for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 2 weeks. Thaw in refrigerator. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes and stir before serving. This is easy, quick and tastes great at any get together.
